About the Academy
Players can be selected to represent the programme in a number of different competitions, including; British Colleges FA competition,The North West Under 21 Football League and ultimately The FA Youth Cup. This provides our players with a great opportunity to develop as footballers as well as gaining vital academic qualifications. The partnership has been vigilantly constructed to provide a supportive environment for players to fulfill their potential, including help and assistance for senior staff working at Macclesfield Town Football Club.
Paul McGuire (Director of The Macclesfield Football Academy) said:
“The players will be coached by professional FA and UEFA licensed coaches. They will receive a first class academic education at All Hallows Catholic College and a top class football education. Both Macc Town & All Hallows are looking to expand the relationship even further during the coming season.
